CAPE ROMAIN SOLUTIONS INC

Wayne has been working in the Information Technology field for over 40 years. He spent 30 years working for IBM in a variety of roles including application development, technical client support, sales, sales management, marketing management and program executive before retiring in 1995. Since then he has held a variety of executive positions with software and service companies working with clients worldwide. Most recently, Wayne was the Director, and Vice President, of Workforce Solutions at Eagle Network Solutions (ENS). While at ENS Wayne was responsible for all recruitment activities and key accounts including Juniper Networks and Cox Communications.

Wayne received a BS in Business Administration from Central Connecticut State University in 1970. He lives in Charleston, SC and has been married to his wife for 44 years. He has 5 children, 2 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
